Notes

Delivery times for orders despatched via Royal Mail are approximate and Belle Photo Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances e.g. postal strikes.

For courier deliveries, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign. However, if no one is available to sign when your order is delivered, please make every effort to contact the courier as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery at a mutually convenient time. Failure to do so would result in your order being sent back to the sender and, if you wish your order to be re-sent, you will first need to pay the additional delivery charges.

Please take every care when entering your delivery address during the payment process as this will help to avoid any delays in the delivery of your order.

Please note that we are unable to deliver courier consignments to a PO Box address.

Belle Photo Ltd is not liable for any additional duties or taxes levied outside the EU.

Returns

Upon receipt of your order, you have seven working days in which you can cancel your order in writing (email) and in so doing obtain a full refund, less postage costs, providing all goods in question are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. A refund will not be issued if the goods are returned in a non-resaleable condition.

Note: please ensure that you contact Belle Photo Ltd in writing before returning the goods. When returning the goods, please enclose your address, daytime contact telephone number and a note stating the reason for the return.

Please refer to the following exception to the above standard returns policy. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • any personalised good which has been especially made to order with your choice of text, image, size, mount, frame, glass or other customised feature

Should you wish to claim for damaged goods, please contact Belle Photo Ltd before returning the damaged item(s) and within five working days of receipt of the item(s), clearly stating that you believe the goods to be damaged.

Should you wish to claim for non-delivery, please allow five working days on top of the maximum delivery time e.g. 10 working days for UK deliveries. Should the item(s) still not arrive, please contact Belle Photo Ltd in writing.

Note: The return postage costs will be at the customer's expense when returning any item(s), with the exception of returning damaged goods. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting.
