Where can I find prices?
Go to the Shop, select an image and click on View Buying Options to see available products and prices.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, create a login here, browse the Shop, add items you would like to buy to your basket. Once you are ready to pay for them, click on the Basket/Checkout link, enter your shipping address, ensure that you have read the Terms & Conditions and click the yellow PayPal "Pay Now" button. PayPal will take you through the payment steps and, once your payment is complete, you can return to your basket on the Belle Photo website.
I'm having problems adding an item to my basket - what do I do?

Why won't my payment go through?
If you opt to pay via your PayPal account, the transaction should go through without a hitch. However, please don't hesitate to get in touch if not.
If you opt to pay direct with your credit card, please note that the address you enter under "Billing Information" must match exactly the address your card issuer has on their records (this may not be the case if e.g. you have recently moved house and your card issuer has not yet updated their records).
Also check that your card's expiry date is valid.
If your card is still declined, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I will be happy to help.
Why is Photographic card not an option under View Buying Options?
This means that photographic greetings cards are temporarily out of stock in the design you have chosen.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, you can download a photographic art & cards order form. Please post your completed order form with a cheque (made payable to Belle Photo Ltd) to the address cited on the order form. Your order will be processed once your cheque has cleared, so please add five working days to delivery times. Only cheques from UK bank accounts are accepted.
When will I get my order?

Are the cards sold in high street shops?
To see if there is a high street stockist near you, please contact Belle Photo.
Are the cards printed on recycled paper?
No, but they are printed on board made from sustainable forests. The mount board and frames are also sourced from sustainable forests.
Why does the photographic print I ordered look different from the photo on the website?
Due to the calibration and resolution of your monitor, the printed version of the photograph will be sharper and have more clarity than the image you view in the Shop. In addition, the colours you see on the website may vary slightly from the printed version of the same image.
Please note that the watermark displayed on each image in the Shop will not appear on the printed version of the same image.
Can I order a print in a size not shown?
Yes, providing the proportions correspond to the selected image e.g. 3x2. Please contact me for a quote for the size you require.
Can I preview my selected image in the different frames available?
Yes, there is a frame preview function under View Buying Options. Please note that the frame preview is a guide only - for approximate measurements of mounted and framed prints, please refer below:
