By placing an order on belle-photo.co.uk it is assumed that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Belle Photo Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, it is therefore recommended that you read the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order.
All reasonable care has been taken to present and describe the products accurately on belle-photo.co.uk. However Belle Photo Ltd cannot be held responsible should your interpretation of a product differ from the actual product. Belle Photo Ltd reserves the right to amend or remove items from belle-photo.co.uk at any time.

Payment
All prices on belle-photo.co.uk are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
VAT is automatically deducted on all orders placed from outside the EU.
PayPal is used to securely process all online transactions – you can opt to make a purchase via your PayPal account if you have one, or direct from your debit or credit card. PayPal (Europe) Limited is regulated in the United Kingdom by the Financial Services Authority.
By placing an order using a debit or credit card, you acknowledge that the card being used is your own or the cardholder has granted you full permission to use it.
Should the card issuer be unable to authorise your payment, your order will be cancelled and Belle Photo Ltd is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of the item(s) ordered.
Privacy statement
Each time a customer registers or places an order on belle-photo.co.uk, their personal data is stored on the company’s database. At no time will any third party have access to this database.
Your disclosure of personal data to Belle Photo Ltd represents your permission for Belle Photo Ltd to collect your personal information and store it on the company’s secure database.

Notes
Delivery times for orders despatched via Royal Mail are approximate and Belle Photo Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances e.g. postal strikes.
For courier deliveries, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign. However, if no one is available to sign when your order is delivered, please make every effort to contact the courier as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery at a mutually convenient time. Failure to do so would result in your order being sent back to the sender and, if you wish your order to be re-sent, you will first need to pay the additional delivery charges.
Please take every care when entering your delivery address during the payment process as this will help to avoid any delays in the delivery of your order.
Please note that we are unable to deliver courier consignments to a PO Box address.
Belle Photo Ltd is not liable for any additional duties or taxes levied outside the EU.
Returns
Upon receipt of your order, you have seven working days in which you can cancel your order in writing (email) and in so doing obtain a full refund, less postage costs, providing all goods in question are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. A refund will not be issued if the goods are returned in a non-resaleable condition.
Note: please ensure that you contact Belle Photo Ltd in writing before returning the goods, enclosing your address and contact telephone number and a note stating the reason for the return.
Please refer to the following exception to the above standard returns policy. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- any personalised good which has been especially made to order with your choice of text, image, size, mount, frame, glass or other customised feature
Should you wish to claim for damaged goods, please contact Belle Photo Ltd before returning the damaged item(s) and within five working days of receipt of the item(s), clearly stating that you believe the goods to be damaged.
Should you wish to claim for non-delivery, please allow five working days on top of the maximum delivery time e.g. 10 working days for UK deliveries. Should the item(s) still not arrive, please contact Belle Photo Ltd in writing.
Note: The return postage costs will be at the customer's expense when returning any item(s), with the exception of returning damaged goods. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting.
